The Library Historic Hotel is the kind of brand that lives or dies on storytelling. We made sure the storytelling lives at the center of every touchpoint — from the homepage to the booking confirmation email.

We built the custom website and wired it directly to the hotel's reservation CRM and payment processors. No third-party widgets, no brand-leaking external systems. The guest stays inside the brand the entire way through.

Then we ran the most extensive social campaign on our roster — daily posting across four platforms, ongoing on-site filming, owner-led narrative, build-out documentary content. The account grew from zero to over 2,000 followers in three months, all organic, with bookings traceable back to specific posts. On top of that, we run Meta and Google ads for ongoing demand capture and retargeting.
